I do feel that their is a link between the food we eat and the illnesses we succumb to.
My main aim was to cut out all processed food because this is the most adulterated food we can buy.
Then I researched on metal dental filings, and how these leach into the body and cause poisoning that can lead to tumours.
I had all the metal fillings removed and replaced with white fillings. I must say it was the most beneficial dental work I have ever had.
My Diet
I have cut out all dairy products.

I eat a vegetarian diet.

I eat plenty of fish.
Cold water fish such as salmon, sardine, mackerel and cod have high amounts of key fatty acids which strengthen the immune system
(In a Swedish study it was shown that men who did not eat fish had a two to three-fold chance of developing prostate cancer compared to men who eat a moderate to high level of fish)
I eat pumpkin seeds, flax seed oil, and kelp and drink green tea.
(All been shown to strengthen the prostate.)
